You are highly encouraged to utilize these herbs/plants in a traditional soak involving rubbing the herbs/massaging it over your skin outside while speaking intention and prayer into your body, mind, and soul. Gently rinse the herbal content off your body afterward and allow the herbs/plants to be reabsorbed back into the earth. Follow with whatever ritual feels right to you. You may also pour contents directly into bathwater and soak (however, it may be useful to steep herbs in water and strain before transferring into tub to avoid clogging).
